How Do I Return & Are Returns Free? UK only

We are based in South Wales, UK & you can return your unwanted items back to us easily via our returns link but please note returns are not free of charge. You have 2 options. You do NOT need to log into your account to return items. 

IMPORTANT You have 14 days from the day you received your goods to instigate your return. You can do this by downloading your label/QR Code as instructed below. You then have a further 14 days for the parcel to arrive back with us. Any returns received after 28 days will not be refunded or returned free of charge.

IMPORTANT You must include your delivery note in your parcel so we know who is returning the items. 

Option 1. Click the link below to head over to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to download your prepaid label and please note a £3.50 fee will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning 6 or more items the fee will be £4.50.  Original shipping charges are not refunded. A QR code will also be emailed to you after downloading your label so if you do not have a printer, the post office will print it for you. Please download your label within 14 days of receiving your parcel. You can track your return to us with the tracking number on the label but you MUST keep your receipt as if your parcel gets lost we will need proof of postage.

Items must be in the original condition they were received, with the tag still attached. Please note any items returned with smells such as perfume or body odour or marks such as make-up, fake tan or deodorant any other marks/smells will not be refunded & will be returned to you IF you request & at your expense. We will not contact you & the items will be disposed of after 28 days if we don't hear from you. All goods are thoroughly inspected upon return.

We do not accept returns for pierced earrings

Shoes must not show any signs or wear.

Your parcel will be shipped to the address that you input. This is automatic and if you have input the address incorrectly your parcel will be returned to us & refunded, not resent back out. Similarly if they cannot deliver & you don't collect in time& it gets returned will we refund you. We cannot cover the shipping charges either way therefore these will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure your address is complete and correct 

Option 2. Alternatively you can post your parcel to us at your expense at the address below & no return fee will be deducted. Just make sure you post it within 14 days of receiving your parcel or you will not be eligible for a refund & your parcel will not be returned to you. Keep your receipt for proof of postage.

If you post direct with no delivery note or order number we will not know it's you returning the parcel & you won't be refunded.

How Long Will It Take To Refund My Money?
We process returns within 24 hours, after processing your return, we will refund your money back to the original method of payment immediately. Paypal & Clearpay are immediate. If you've used a card, please allow 5-10 working days for your bank to show the refund.

We currently do not offer exchanges unless agreed via email/store chat.

What Do I Do If An Item Is Faulty Upon Receipt?
If you find your item to be faulty then please email us immediately with the fault and a photo. Preferably within 48 hours if possible. Please include your order number. All items are quality checked before dispatch so this should be rare. Then head over to the portal to generate your label & the return will be free of charge. You MUST write on the delivery note what the exact issue is with your item. 

For international returns it is your responsibility to pay for the return postage.
