Returns & Refunds

We are based in South Wales the UK & You can return your unwanted items back to us within 14 days of receiving them. Shipping fees are not refunded. 

Are Returns Free? UK only

We can provide you with a prepaid returns label. Please note an admin fee of £3.00 will be deducted from your total refunded amount. Alternatively, you may post your items to us but we require you to be able to provide proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse your refund if the goods do not arrive with us within 14 days of you notifying us and you cannot provide a postage receipt. You will receive a refund providing the following terms are met…

A refund will be made to you providing you have followed the returns guidance below, LESS your original delivery charges.  If you qualified for free delivery because order was over £75 and you return items bringing your final order below £75, a standard £2.99 delivery charge will also be deducted from your refund.

Items must be in the original condition they were received, with the tag still attached. Please note any items returned with make-up, fake tan, deodorant or any other marks or smells will not be refunded.  All goods are thoroughly inspected upon return.

We do not accept returns for pierced earrings

Shoes must not show any signs or wear.

IMPORTANT You must include your returns note in your parcel

How Long Will It Take To Refund My Money?
After processing your return, we will refund your money back to the original method of payment immediately. Please allow 5 working days for your bank to reflect this. 

We currently do not offer exchanges unless agreed via email/store chat however if you re-order the same item in a different size we can waive the £3 admin fee. 

What Do I Do If An Item Is Faulty Upon Receipt?
If you find your item to be faulty then please email us immediately with the fault and a photo. Preferably within 24 hours if possible. Please include your order number. All items are quality checked before dispatch so this should be rare. We will advise the next steps for return.

For international returns it is your responsibility to pay for the return postage.
